Just cleaning my ears with qtip and my left ear has some blood. no other symtoms though. no health insurance. just moved from seattle to hawaii a week ago. ive been swimming in the ocean alot. also quite a few insect bites.

Blood: It is possible the Q tip may have caused trauma to your ear canal or eardrum. If the bleeding continues or sounds are muffled in that ear, be seen at a clinic, some provide care at minimal cost. Keep the ear canal dry until you are better. All the best and avoid Q tips.
