Absolutely not: If you have swimmer's ear you should avoid swimming and water in your ear including salt water. The treatment of swimmer's ear is generally an ear cleaning by an ENT and the use of antibiotic ear drops to treat the infection that is causing it. Water can exacerbate the situation and worsen your ear infection.
