my symptoms are a sore navel, lower abdomen and pelvic cramps (mild and dull mostly), pain in the legs and buttocks, nausea in the morning. pregnancy?

Pregnancy test: If you are sexually active and has delayed periods it is possible to be pregnant, but simple pregnancy test will give the answer, if test turns out negative look for other reasons for the symptoms.
