Obsessive Thoughts: I understand your distress due to intrusive thoughts with inappropriate content. Commend yourself for not liking these thoughts and expressing your feelings. It does not mean that you are crazy. These thoughts are likely due to unresolved feelings and emotional conflicts. Seeing Psychiatrist for Therapy and Medication can help you for not acting on these thoughts. And improve functioning.

Intrusive thoughts: can be distressing and may indicate the need for treatment. The best way to determine this is an evaluation with a psychiatrist or a psychologist. As long as they are thoughts and are not actions, you're doing great, and it's less of a concerning safety issue; however, I would recommend that you seek help for your distress over your thoughts. I'm sure that this is upsetting. Good luck!
