Seek Help Now: It's very hard to answer this question w/o all the details. What is clear is that you need immediate help to stay safe 1st. After that, there are various treatments now for treatment resistant depression including tms & ketamine infusion.

Focus on healthy: Thoughts. Stubbornly insist on finding positive in your life & the world around you. Refuse to let destructive/negative thoughts have any attention. Guide your actions to anything that will make you healthier. It takes a combination of strategies to help like a team. Even if previous nonresponse to ect, it may work if combined with other healthy strategies. Work with your psychiatrist & therapist.
