Is the act of fainting damaging to your body (organs, etc)? assuming you don't fall down and hurt yourself that way. i mean the fainting itself.

Certainly not da way: Fainting is a SYMPTOM. It can point to an underlying problem with the heart, nervous system, lungs, or any number of different body parts. Some of the underlying causes can be dangerous to your health. But regardless, if there's a cause that can be fixed, wouldn't you want to? While you can recover, periodic fainting spells are certainly no way to live! Use HealthTap Prime or TTYD to get answers.
