Ok i have a bad cold as used a albuterol neb that expired in 2011- :the package was sealed and has been in my med cabinet- could it be harmful?

Probably ok: The expired medication is not likely to be harmful, however it may have lost effectiveness. It can get you by in a pinch, but you should have your prescription updated with your physician.
