Can be helpful: Several approaches - if isolated and occasional, anti-inflammatory meds could do the trick. NM dentistry is very effective at relaxing muscles. Some doctors like NTI appliances to relax temporal muscles. Problem is that bite problems can develop. I prefer an approach where all of the teeth touch at all times. Start simple and slowly increase treatment complexity!
