Is drinking caffeine daily bad for you? In the form of energy drinks tea coffee and sodas?
I'm a 35 yr old female and everytime I start to drink coffee I end up having pain in my chest on the left side. I was told back in 1997 that I had developed pleurisy in my chest from drinking energy drinks but I read that caffeine doesn't cause pleurisy.
Is it okay to drink a energy drink that is more natural and has around 150 mg of caffeine after consuming a lions mane and chaga instant coffee mix that only has 50 mg of caffeine . All while having cold symptoms such as cough and sore throat?
My RHR is around 50 I have palpitations when I drink coffee. HR increases a lot if I have a heavy meal or beer (to 130+) and I have difficulty taking a deep breath and chest feels heavy when it does (more likely with beer).What could be causing this?
