Neurology consult: Symptoms you describe, slurred speech and paralysis are often associated with "stroke" (termed CVA, or TIA if symptoms go away within 24hrs). Other causes such as certain types of migraines, or vascular spasms might also give similar symptoms. I would consult a Neurologist for an exam. It is very likely they will also order an MRI or CT imaging of the brain to aid in diagnosis.
