Dupuytren's...: 39 y/o Female says over extension of 4 fingers due to cp. can't keep hand/palm straight, ... Thought to tie with band? What exercise help? Sounds like Dupuytren's Contracture, a condition that causes abnormal thickening of the palm of unknown etiology. Though more common in men, women do get it. No good medical treatment at present. Best fixed by Hand Surgeons.
