I had cheilectomy in july. i only have a 40 degree bend. when stretching it grinds, after a day at work it's very sore. do i need to go back to ortho?

Check it and see.: That would be a good start. It is always best to report to the surgeon when post operative events arise. The question is whether or not he will do anything about it.
