Too much water: Your water intake will depend on how active you are. If your activities result in heavy fluid loss then you need to increase your fluids. Newer information has water intake equal to about 1/3 your weight in ounces, i.e. For your 120 pounds that would mean 40 ounces of fluids as a baseline.
