Ive had a really dry mouth for the past few weeks. when i wake up at night its completely dry. i drink around 80us ounces of water a day. now its becoming hard to eat things because my mouth is too dry. im not on medication, no weight gain?

You likely mouth breathe all most or all of the night which will dry the mouth. Try Breathe rite nasal strips to open your nose more and a mouth closing strap to keep it closed. Just drinking water won't reverse the process. Keep it up and your teeth will be damaged over time. Consider an ENT evaluation if you can't close your mouth to sleep.
