If you have no symptoms ( pain etc ) you don't have to do anything just your doctors routine follow up care only but If you are symptomatic get it removed it is a low risk simple procedure , highly trained Laparoscopic surgeons are available close to you . Probably yes: it will grow. Rate varies and not really known, but you do not need cholecystectomy unless you have symptoms. There was some interest about 20 years ago in medical dissolution of gallstones, but it was not successful

Gallstone will grow.: That gallstone will grow, and it's very unlikely that it will pass out of you as it is quite large. If it does start to cause you symptoms, you'd need to have your gallbladder removed.

Yes it will grow: It's not the size that causes the problem but whether it obstruct the cystic duct. Smaller obstruct more often then larger. Also you will form more stones of varying size. Don't bother it unless it bothers you. Most people die of other causes without ever knowing they had gallstones
