No worries: Every HIV test that exists, anywhere in the world, is conclusive by 3 months. The most commonly used tests are conclusive by 4-8 weeks. For sure your negative result at 14 months proves you don't have HIV, no matter how high risk the exposure (and if not reexposed), and no matter how typical the symptoms. Entirely healthy people often get perianal fungal infections; it's not a sign of HIV.
