Does penis fungal infection could lead to hiv or aids pls?

No, but: Fungal infection of the penis warrants an investigation into the health status of the person as it suggests immune deficiency. Fungal infection does not cause HIV/AIDS, but the presence of fungal infection warrants that HIV infection be excluded as the underlying cause.

Uncircumcised?: Uncircumcised penis may be susceptible to getting a yeast infection especially after contact with a partner with monilial vaginitis. Be sure that you get this checked out. If you don't not have a yeast infection and your partner is circumcised, then ask him to get checked for diabetes. It has no bearing on HIV however.
