ENT: You should see an Ear Nose and Throat Surgeon in clinic for further workup and analysis of that ear. An ENT can scope your eustachian tube to look for any problems and consider what other tests to do with expertise. If your tinnitus is severe, audiology testing and MRI of the IAC to rule out Acoustic Neuroma are good next steps after ruling out patulous eustachian tube+ CBC/Chem panel.Good luck.

Imaging: I recommend imaging as you would want to rule out a dural fistula, or vascular malformation such as artery-venous malformation or aneurysm. Please ask your GP to refer your for imaging or a neurologist.
