Consult with doctor: It is not unusual to experience insomnia during menopause. I commend you for practicing sleep hygiene measures, and encourage you to continue doing so. However, you may need medication to help you with the insomnia. Recommend seeing your doctor to discuss options. Although I understand your concern, please keep in mind that worrying about it will make it worse. It is treatable. All the best.
