Insomnia: It's challenging! there are tons of different ways to deal with it but it may take you a while to find yours. There are some natural ways of dealing with it by using certain supplements such as valerian root, melatonin, etc. Those are often inadequate to induce restorative sleep. A number of medications exists but this needs to be discussed with a doctor who feels comfortable to prescribe those.

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), California poppy Eschscholzia californica), Wild lettuce (Lactuca virosa), Lemon Balm ((Melissa officinalis)), passion flower (Passiflora incarnata), Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis), Hops (Humulus lupulus), Lavender (Lavandula officinalis), St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) & are herbs which can aid with sleep.
