Depends: Insomnia can be caused by multiple etiologies, including with untreated sleep disorder. Proper sleep hygiene, including: avoid physical work out, lage meal, alcohol within six hours of your bedtime. in order to properly assess the cause of insomnia, proper evaluation with your physician, including overnight polysomnogram may be needed to assess for possible sleep stage disorder.
