Keep the wound clean: The main thing with any wound is to keep the area clean. Plain soap and water is usually all that is needed to clear the area of pus

Body should reabsorb: Your body should reabsorb it. But if the collection grows again (and the mass/lumb gets bigger and painful again) may need to go back and redrain it. Sorry. Hope this heals up for you without further issues. Dr R
