I keep getting painful lumps under my breasts ive been told it is a staph infection and have taken antibiotics but it keeps coming back what can i do?

Staph info: Meticulous hygiene. Prevention of trauma to the area. Eliminate any fungal or candidal infection. Consider using chlorhexedine or other antibacterial wash regularly. Consider using topical antibiotic ointment. Last resort would be oral prophylactic therapy
