Skipping a meal: can cause blood sugar and mood fluctuations. Loosing weight is best done under the guidance of your doctor. Better to eat 4 small meals than two or three bigger ones. Include protein from nuts, seeds, eggs, etc. Lower carb works well for many. Peace and good health.
