Dont do it: You're much better off eating smaller, frequent meals of good quality than one large meal. Moderate your fats and carbohydrates and eat fresh when possible. Water is your friend. Then, move, strengthen your core, don't try to focus on your abs. And be patient, this won't happen overnight. Good luck.
