nausea, dizziness, light headed, severely constipated, severe stomach pain. laxatives and stool softeners aren't helping. will an enema help?

Consider going to ER: If you're having severe stomach pain and nausea/vomting, it's probably best you go to the ER to get checked out to make sure you're not having any bowel obstruction.

Constipation : Make sure you are well hydrated and a trial of an enema won't hurt.
