Dizzy: Sounds like you may have picked up a virus. How long has this been ongoing? Rest and hydration will probably help. Take some acetaminophen. See your doctor if no relief.

Many things: Many things on list of what could be causing this. Rest, sips of fluids to maintain hydration (1-2oz every 5-10 min) no caffeine or alcohol. If no better or worse in 24-48 hours seek medical attention. Hope this helps. Best of luck. Dr R
