See your physician for evaluation especially if you're experiencing cramping,abdominal bloating,inability to even pass gas rectally. You are possibly impacted with stool & may require more professionally administered enema or manual disimpaction by a nurse or MD.

For some this may be normal but if it not for you go see Dr. Time for a colonoscopy anyway especially if you have family hx of GI cancer.
