Variable: This procedure can be very small or end up being quite extensive. You will need some type of reconstructive surgery and that cost is separate and variable depending on what is necessary.

Variable: Most commercial insurance will cover this procedure. If you are paying privately you need to discuss this with your mohs surgeon. In my practice we discount the service, outline expected charges as a range (because there are lots of variables with mohs), and provide payment plans to those that have a financial hardship.

HIghly variable: The cost will depend on how many stages are required, what type of repair, the training and experience of the doctor, geographic location. You can usually get a rough estimate from the physician's office on the range of cost that's involved.
