I think i have a splinter in the bottom of my foot that's walled off its been there for a few months i've tried getting it out all i find is a hole ?

Splinter: If did not find anything digging a hole and if it doesn't bother leave it alone. If bothers and you are convinced you can confirm it with xray and see your physician they can help you with it.

First find it.: At this point, there are only two good options. Either wait to see if time and pressure will force the foreign body out or have it checked by a specialist. Trans dermal illumination, ultrasound and x-ray may be able to locate the bugger. Once located, removal is much easier than trying to remove it blindly.
