Foot pain: Pain on the feet when arising from a resting position is not normal. Please see your local podiatrist or foot and ankle specialist for a thorough examination of your feet.

Feet hurt: The most often answer to this when I have a patient that says this as their chief complaint is plantar fasciitis. However, this is not the only answer as it could be arthritis , tendonitis and many other things. Seek the help of a podiatrist - you'll be glad you did. Good luck.

Multiple things...: You will need a physical exam to be sure. However, it sounds like you may have plantar fasciitis which is inflammation or iiritation of your plantar fascia. After sitting for a while or after a long sleep, this gets tighter, so it hurts more when you first get up. Get assessed, but until then, put a golf ball in the freezer and when it is hurting, massage bottom of foot with it unless neuropathic.
