Would any injury be caused if my lower back cracked by someone hugging me? nothing else hurts but i'm quite paranoid. i have health anxiety.

Back cracking: The sound of back cracking especially if you did not experience pain was probably noise from your zygapophyseal joints and not dangerous. Cavitation if joint fluids causes gas to be released in the joint capsules and it is non pathological. Also , if you have problems with anxiety or undue worry, you can retrain yourself with cognitive behavioral therapy please read about it and see an MD.

Unlikely, unless the: hugger was a professional wrestler who had a bad day. Health paranoia? Hypochondriasis? You might learn about anxiety and, also get a general physical just to start off right. Here's a reference on anxiety:
