Problem: so depo can last in the body for along time after it is used. often the effects last well over 1 year but usually are gone within 2 years. there may be an underlying problem with your periods. there is nothing you can do to get rid of the effects but you may benefit from birth control pills or other treatment in the short nterm

I was given 100mg im progesterone to induce absent periods. bleed came 2 weeks later. 3 months after the injection I tested fsh and Lh but did I wait long enough or are these still suppressed by the Progesterone shot?

30 yo.normal ultrasound. Irregular periods. LH of 8.5 and fsh 8.0. High prolactin. A1C, testosterone and all else was normal. Can I still have pcos?
Dr order FSH, if meno range ordering D&C because still have periods. Had biopsy & SIS, b/c of high FSH last yr, both neg. Last U/S lining 1.9 after period. Periods are irregular but normal when I get them. No issues. Is this procedure necessary?
