Mgt: More information would be helpful, if the nodes are small and move easily they are most likely reactive nodes. They can swell in reaction to infection or inflammation for example. Has he had an ESR, TB and monospot test?

Elevated W B C: I need more informations, how old is your son, what was his symptoms, any fever, sore throat or cough, why is he going for stomach scan? What is the differincial on the CBC? 19.7 WBC is high count & it usually means there is an infection or an inflammatory process going on.
