Can you be iron deficient with normal MCH & MCV levels? Hgb 10.1 HCT 32.6 MCHC 31 My dr wants to treat me with iron IV for anemia. But MCV/MCH is normal. Iron% 11 Ferritin 79 TIBC 319. Am I iron deficient or could this be another type of anemia?

I did blood test Iron 60 Saturation 20 Ferritin 31 Iron binding capacity 307 Is that low iron ?? I been feeling so tired weak and pain in hands n feet Rbc is 5.62 Wbc normal Mcv 77. Mch 24.9 Do I have low iron and does it cause those symptoms?
