Elevated W B C: I need more informations, how old is your son, what was his symptoms, any fever, sore throat or cough, why is he going for stomach scan? What is the differincial on the CBC? 19.7 WBC is high count & it usually means there is an infection or an inflammatory process going on. So please give us detailed informations to be able to help you. Good luck.
