STD? PID? UTI?: These symptoms overlap between those expected for certain STDs (e.g. gonorrhea, chlamydia), pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, fallopian tube infection, usually a complication of STD), and urinary tract infection. Flu-like symptoms could mean infection is spreading internally. See a doctor ASAP; do it immediately if you have fever as well.
