I am a week late for my period i had the flu a week prior for a whole week i have taken tons of pregnant test all negitive no cramp no tendernous!

See your doctor: Several possibilities, including pregnancy problems such as a tubal/ectopic (out of place) pregnancy than could be serious. Might also be other problems such as hormonal imbalance (even polycystic ovarian syndrome--pcos). Best to check it out.
