Wrong strategy.: Your strategy is not wise. Doing things out of convenience without regard for your health is wrong. You need to lose weight by eating smaller more frequent meals throughout the day with included fiber and complex carbohydrates and lean protein sources. That being said, you should lose 10kg over at least 11 weeks to make it stick.
