Leg pain: There are a lot of reasons for calf tightness. Obviously you may have a muscular tear, tendinous injury or tear, neurologic issues concerning the peroneal nerve, spinal pathology causing lumbar radiculopathy, and most concerning would be Venous thrombosis.
