I am unsure what the: question is? Soleus is one of the calf muscles, which may not have healed completely. If its not hurting, then I suggest you need stretching & strengthening exercises to improve. Do see a Physical therapist to start a supervised program to improve. Also this will help with your knee stability, if he trains you in strengthening the knee muscles. Good Luck.
