Tight chest: Could be reflux, with or without H pylori a bacteria, . Could try OTC ranitidine /prevecid and see if helps. Also could be asthma, or reactive airways . But since you are male could also be heart , would go this week to doctor and get evaluated EKG/echocardiogram for heart, PFTs for lungs- asthma, also consider gallbladder f/u /this week with doc
