A member asked:

Is psychotherapy considered a form of psychiatric rehabilitation?

Yes: It is not clearly established that virtually every disorder in the DSM represents a form of aberrant attachment . Mindful and intuitive psychotherapy provides rehabilitation that directly addresses the subconscious linkages needing redirection and physical changes occur in the brain. Read the literature in the Norton Series on Interpersonal Neurobiology. A good one to start with is http://cdn.wwnorton.com/cms/books/9780393706642_300.jpg

Depends: Psychiatric Rehabilitation is a broad term which psychotherapy can fall into depending upon the diagnosis. It would be helpful to know who is recommending Psychiatric Rehabilitation, for what and in what context to better be able to give you some more specific feedback about it.
