You will probably need a course of antibiotics and a nebulizer to give deeper penetration for medication Please get evaluated promptly! If cough and wheezing are progressive a course of steroids may be tried. Cough generates do to spasming is alveoli in lungs.UNLIKELY TO BE CANCER

Pain: Sounds like it may be allergy based .Try an antihistamine. I am sure it is NOT cancer
