How can i lose weight by eating lentils and drinking chia seeds?

Maybe: Ground chia seeds swell up in your stomach and make you feel full with less food. Lentils are high in fiber. You also need green vegetables. That should be the mainstay of your diet. If you are not vegetarian i would add some lean meat, fish or chicken.

Please don't limit : Your diet to lentils ; chia seeds - that would be unbalanced. Both are high in fiber. Of two studies on the effect of chia on weight loss – neither study showed weight loss effects.
