I wouldn't because:: You can have all the flax ; chia you want but i'd be cautious re: zipfizz- it's high in caffeine ; has some hazardous ingredients such as sucralose (http://bit.Ly/1eavvqa), synthetic vit e ; high doses of Cyanocobalamin which has cyanide! (http://bit.Ly/mm1ce9)-i wouldn't take 7500 mcg(in 3 doses zipfizz). Instead try a good b complex with methylcobalamin ; a green drink like orac energy greens.
