A member asked:

What tea does usually help with ocd?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

The 't' in Zoloft (sertraline): There is no proven help from any tea to decrease OCD symptoms. Medication does help, such as Zoloft (sertraline). That being said, one's mind can do many things. If a patient drinks a particular tea of his choice (whether it be Darjeeling, Earl Grey, or etc...) and that tea habit helps his OCD brain decrease other OCD thoughts or actions, then for that one patient, that particular tea does help.
