Have pneumonia and was prescribed z pack but i have amoxicillin already can i take that instead of driving to fill the z pack with how weak i feel?

No: amoxicillin is not an effective treatment for most types of pneumonia which would effect a young and otherwise healthy person. Azithromycin is, however, considered first-line therapy for this condition unless there's a compelling reason not to use it.
