More unlikely,,,: A clean catch urine is done to make sure bacteria from the surrounding area don't contaminate the specimen. If it wasn't done then it's likely the bacteria from the surrounding area was responsible for the test result. The urinalysis is important in conjunction with other tests to determine infection, especially where it is so others tests like blood tests would help indicate infection.
