I have a small ball-like lump under my chin between my jaws. it's slightly sore when touched but gets more sore near the jaws. is this serious?

Needs check: There are many possible causes for a tender lump under the chin, and some of them need treatment. They can come from dental problems, and can be caused by infections. See your doctor or if you have problems with your teeth, see your dentist.
